What is an interview credit?
One credit equals one AI-conducted interview session. Each credit gives you a full conversational interview with Socrates, our AI interviewer, plus complete analysis and synthesis.
Why do annual plans get more credits?
Annual plans save approximately 17% compared to paying monthly. You get the same number of credits either way (e.g. Starter is 3 credits/month, 36/year) but the annual price is lower.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is for solo practitioners running AI interviews and getting reports. Pro unlocks team collaboration (3 users, 3 projects), consultant-led interviews via Teams, custom frameworks, the Query Portal for exploring findings with AI, evidence lenses, and advanced project setup options.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately.
What if I run out of credits?
Starter and Pro plans can purchase top-up credits at any time. Or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allowance. Subscription credits reset at each billing cycle.
What does “refine” mean?
After analysis, you can guide the AI to rewrite sections or the entire report. Tell it to emphasise different findings, adjust tone, add content from the raw data, or restructure recommendations. Each refinement creates a new version you can compare against the original.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is processed and stored within the EU (Ireland and Germany). We are GDPR compliant with a full Data Processing Agreement available. Interview data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You own your data.
