How do interview credits work?
One credit covers one AI interview, voice or text (both cost the same), including the full conversation with Socrates, our AI interviewer, and the analysis behind it. Imported transcripts never use credits. On every plan the allowance is set generously (500 a year on Studio, around 40 per Engagement), so credits are a guardrail, not something you count.
What's the difference between the three plans?
Studio is a per-seat annual subscription for consultants and boutiques running discovery repeatedly, with 500 interviews a year across unlimited projects. Engagement is a one-off purchase for a single discovery, board-ready in about two weeks, with Pulse as an optional recurring re-run to track change over time. Enterprise is a tailored contract for in-house transformation teams that need unlimited scale and white-label branding.

Do you meter every interview?
No. Each plan includes a generous allowance most teams never reach, and imported transcripts don't touch it. We price on the value of the work, not per interview. Heavy Studio users can top up in packets if they ever need to.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Talk to us and we'll move you to whatever fits, whether that's adding Studio seats, running another Engagement, or stepping up to Enterprise.
What if I need more interviews?
Studio's 500 a year suits almost every practice, but you can top up in packets if you go beyond it. Engagement includes enough for one discovery; add interviews if a project runs large. Enterprise allowances are set to your programme.
What does “refine” mean?
After analysis, you can guide the AI to rewrite sections or the entire report. Tell it to emphasise different findings, adjust tone, add content from the raw data, or restructure recommendations. Each refinement creates a new version you can compare against the original.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is processed and stored within the EU (Ireland and Germany). We are GDPR compliant with a full Data Processing Agreement available. Interview data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You own your data.
Who is Enterprise for?
